Privately acquired site, 1068 Gerard project is the new construction of 100% low income, 82-unit apartment building utilizing tax-exempt bonds issued by the NYC Housing Development Corporation and HPD’s Mixed Income Rental Program (MIRP). The building also includes community facility space on the ground floor for a senior services program. Project construction was completed in December 2007. The Total Development Cost was $23.1 million.
