Awarded through the HPD Cornerstone Program, Bronx Pro’s first moderate income new construction project. Residence includes 103 apartment units and it received a LEED Gold certification. The building also includes a community facility designed for early development day care services. Construction closing took place in June 2009 and the project completed construction in April 2011. The project is financed by HDC bond finance and HPD subsidy. The Total Development Cost was $25.2 million.
