The new construction of 43 for sale homes on Daly, Vyse, Tinton, Honeywell, Valentine Avenues and Phelan Place in the Bronx. Construction started in December of 2002 and the project was developed in multiple stages. Phase 1 was completed in June 2005, Phase 2 in November 2007, and the last phase (consisting of four houses) were completed in November 2008. The Total Development Cost was $12.4 million.
