On October 27, 2025 New York State Homes and Community Renewal Commissioner RuthAnne Visnauskas today announced the completion of Starhill Phase I, a $189 million affordable housing development in the Bronx featuring 326 affordable apartments, including 200 supportive apartments for individuals struggling with homelessness.
