In mid-2011, Bronx Pro was awarded and began managing 6 distressed properties through HPD’s TPT Program. The cluster included 185 units along Davidson and Monroe Avenues in the West Bronx. The project is financed by HPD’s PLP program with a NYCERS permanent mortgage and developer equity. The project completed construction in March 2012. The Total Development Cost was $25.1 million.
