Bronx Pro’s fourth project built in the Morrisania community is a thirty-unit residential building serving households earning between 40 and 100% of AMI. The building also includes 9,586 SF of community facility built for a new day care center. The project is financed through the New York City Neighborhood Construction Program, 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity and a bank loan. The project is designed and constructed in the Passive House Standard. The Total Development Cost was $22.7 million.
